Return and Refund Policy

Key Details

  • Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fees apply.
  • Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7 days after approval.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Exchanges: Product exchanges are available within the return period.

Return Conditions
Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and include all original tags. Items can be opened for inspection but must not show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage. Return requests submitted after the 30-day period are not accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase)
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

These items will not be accepted for return. Any such items received, including refused shipments or returns sent without prior approval, will be rejected and no refund will be issued.

How to Start a Return

  • Step 1: Contact Us
    Email our customer support team at support@evelylace.com to register your return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  • Step 2: Receive Instructions
    Our team will provide detailed return instructions, including the correct return address and packaging guidelines. Returns require prior authorization.
  • Step 3: Prepare the Item
    Ensure the product meets all return conditions.
  • Step 4: Secure Packaging
    Pack the item carefully to prevent damage during transit.
  • Step 5: Ship the Parcel
    Send the return using a tracked and reliable courier service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide instructions and cover the return shipping costs.
  • Step 6: Confirmation
    Once the return is received and inspected, confirmation is sent and the request is completed as either a refund or an exchange.

Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, if approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Customers are notified of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days after approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Applicable taxes are refunded in accordance with the original transaction. If return shipping costs are paid by the store due to error, they will not be deducted from the refund.

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, email support@evelylace.com as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the order must be handled through the return process after delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers can report the issue by sending clear photos of the product along with a written description of it to support@evelylace.com. After verification, a replacement, corrected item, or refund will be provided at no additional cost to the customer.

Exchanges
To request an exchange within 30 days from the delivery date, contact support@evelylace.com with the details of the item for exchange. Step-by-step instructions are provided. Items eligible for exchange must meet all return conditions. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
