Shipping Information

  • Shipping Coverage: Canada
    Orders are shipped to addresses located within Canada only.
  • Shipping Charges: Free shipping is provided on all orders.

Order Confirmation and Tracking:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout.
  • Tracking is included with all orders.
  • Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number is sent. Customers can track their shipment through the carrier using the provided tracking details.

Delivery Delays
Delays can occur due to holidays, peak periods, weather conditions, courier disruptions, or other factors outside our control. If the estimated delivery timeframe has passed and your order has not arrived, allow up to three additional business days and review your tracking information. If the package has not been delivered after that time, contact us at support@evelylace.com with your order number for assistance.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or due to failed delivery attempts, customers will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, email support@evelylace.com as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the order must be handled through the return process after delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers can report the issue by sending clear photos of the product along with a written description of it to support@evelylace.com. After verification, a replacement, corrected item, or refund will be provided at no additional cost to the customer.
